9 km from Lamon the small village, which in 1945 had as many as 1700 residents, is a well-defined geographical and cultural area in the context of the Lamonese territory.
The heart of the village is the monumental parish church dedicated to Santa Maria ad Nives, built in the 17th century and restored in 2009.
All around is the village which, like its numerous districts (Vettorelli, Lilli, Sogati, Chioli, Gobbi, Toffoli, Caravaggio), presents interesting examples of buildings with a typical rural architecture and an example of a rural mountain culture that made wise use of the local resources.
Ideal destination for residential tourism, Arina is animated by various events during the summer. Among these the main one is the celebration of the Madonna della Neve, in the first week of August.
